On Thursday 14 September we worked at our second mobile medical clinic in Selengo. They were having a morning bible lesson when we arrived. Several stations were set up to treat the patients 1)weight and temperature 2)blood pressure 3)doctor's assessment 4) laboratory and pharmacy for medication pickup and 5) data recording
270 patients were seen. One baby was taken to Kamuzu Central Hospital with pneumonia and malaria. She was accompanied by her mother who had to stay to care for her. The mother was put at ease when she was told she would be helped with her return transportation.
